a) What are your views in pursuing a career with the gaming industry, especially in Singapore?b) What qualities does Jason Chionh have that allow him to do what he wish to do?

a) Gaming industry in Singapore is not very popular. Although Singaporean teens are actively engaged in gaming activities, creating Singaporean-nanmed games will not attract locals.
b) He has the perseverance and determination to pursue his dreams.

I feel that John should not open it because you will never know what is inside the file.
It may be a virus that will attack your computer.
The file may not be useful also.
If there were such files or medicine available, it would usually be announced by the government so that people can buy thoe products to prevent themselves from getting the virus.

John should not open the file as it is possible that the email is just spam or a virus. He should check with reliable sources such as doctors or his parents before buying the medcine. You never know if it is illegal drugs or whatever.
